A sub woofer with a difference.

Just check out where the new age speakers have reached. Its not a fan but a sub woofer with claimed frequency response of 0-40hz. Yes 0hz...Amazing na?

Did burnout finally....what peace!!!

6th Apr 2008...i succeeded for first time to do a burnout...did a cool half circle.the day was bright and hot and my rear tire was also bit worn out.said to myself il try it once again before i shift my bike to pune.so at baradi chapel in first gear put all my weight on front tire and wham!!!the tire started to burn and smoke came out.on any day tht smell was bad but that day it was sweet smell of success.:-)
for those who are still not able to do it here's how:
1)keep both feet on ground and lean in front on ur bike tank.
2)put in first gear and slowly release the clutch while accelerating fast.
3)with few tries ul succeed.

here's my video:

My first trekking.....

Recently i along wit my colleagues from work place decided to go trekking. The chosen spot was Torna fort.It was the first fort conquered by Shivaji maharaj. Its a whopping 1370+ mts above msl. From below it looked unsailable.

As we climbed we wer starting to sweat after not even 15min into the journey. It was getting tough with each step we took. But hey we came to conquere it so we continued.halfway into the journey and after 1 1/2 hour of trekking we wer damn tired.some even said we'll go bek and sat there.but me and another two kept climbing thinking if we had come this far might as well go up and come.there was no turning bek.

As we higher the slope was getting steeper and steeper. At one time it was almost 90 deg.Now behind thw view was fantastic also the breeze was now cooling us down. The local small river and dam on it looked coolAs we went higher the other 4 started climbing after lot of rona dhona.

At one place the earth was all mud and gravel.also the rocks dint provide much grip so we had to help each other climbing up.after that was some respite as the earth was quite flat now.but that was not the end...

As we came near the main entrance the steps wer jst mind blowing in terms of slope.they were nothing like any other steps i ever seen before anywhere.they we alsmost 90deg steep.as we reached on top we all wer together again.we had to take a pit stop to let the others catch up.it took us almost 3 hours to climb.the view was awesum from top but better than tht was the feeling we conquered it......

We wer on top of fort and sun was on top of us.we took sum rest roamed here and there then started our return journey.by half of it my legs wer hurting like as if they will break away any moment.finally sumhow we reached down.

In all it was gr8 fun.most of it was in climbing than in anything else.it was a nice day to spend weekend.hope we have many more such endeavors in future.
